What levels of painting do you offer?

We understand that every hobbyist has a different vision for their army. Therefore, there are four levels of quality when it comes to painting your miniatures and terrain projects:

Tabletop: is base coats and shades or highlights as appropriate on each surface to make it look best. (Great for horde armies and more basic units!)

Tabletop Plus: is at least a shade and highlight on every major surface, some possible layering on highly detailed surfaces like faces, and minor extra detailing such as writing on purity seals. (Great for more elite armies and minor characters!)

Display: involves significant layering and multiple highlights. (Perfect for elite units and characters!)

Gold Standard: is all the previous plus significant blending. This is as close to the box art as you’ll get! (Best suited for centerpiece models and your favorite characters.)

How do I pay?

We primarily accept PayPal as a payment method! We require 50% of a project cost upfront in addition to any supply costs such as miniatures, paints, magnets, etc. and then the other 50% along with shipping when we’ve completed your project and are satisfied with the photos!

Do you offer any sort of refunds?

Once we have finalized your project and started working, we can refund the amount equal to the work we have not started on. Otherwise, we are happy to refund anything other than materials before a project starts.

My models broke in shipping, what can I do?

We’re happy to provide repairs to any models that seem overly daunting to repair due to shipping issues provided you pay for shipping to and from one of our artists. Thankfully, most breaks can be fixed with just a bit of glue!
